In order to recruit Indonesian workers to overseas project, we have to obtain a set of documents as follow:

 

1. Power of Attorney

2. Demand Letter

3. Recruitment Agreement

4. Employment Contract

 

The documents have to be endorsed by The Indonesian Embassy in your country. These documents required as conditions for mobilization/recruitment and processing activities here in Indonesia.
