SSHEQ Supervisor
Division / Sector: MDR Logistics Reports to: Project Manager, SSHEQ Manager
Purpose of the Job (Overall accountability) Coordinates and monitors all SSHEQ related activities to ensure a safe and secure working environment for employees, visitors and service providers in compliance with the customer and company SSHEQ manuals.
Principal responsibilities / accountabilities 1. Arrange 5 minutes safety talk with team at the beginning of every day. 2. Conduct periodic walk-through inspections of all workplace facilities to ensure strict compliance to safety and environmental regulations. 3. Ensure that safety training and all other specifically required training is provided for all employees. 4. Maintain required SSHEQ documents/files as per customer and MDR-Logistics requirements. 5. Ensure periodic SSHEQ inspections of all rolling equipments. 6. Oversee the issuance of the new hire safety documents. 7. Coordinate with Project manager that necessary personal protective equipment and safety materials are utilized. 8. Monitor maintenance of fire aid supplies on the Project. 9. Act as primary contact for Project SSHEQ-related complaints and/or inspections. 10. He is to report all unsafe work practices to the project manager. 11. Record all activities on proper forms. 12. Gives SSHEQ officers with the required information & instructions. 13. Holds periodical meeting with SSHEQ officers for reviewing the progress and plan action based on the requirements of MDR-Logistics customers. 14. Prepares the reports , agenda and to do list for the SSHEQ committee. 15. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating and maintenance instructions. 16. Submit the required daily, weekly and yearly SSHEQ reports as per the company management requests. 17. Meet customer and company KPI’s and SLA’s on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis. 18. Participate in Spark Program and generate any ideas to enhance the operations. 19. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. 20. Demonstrates safety leadership by always performing work tasks as a role model for safe behavior and demonstrates practical knowledge of the Instructions procedures of operation.

Experience/Qualifications: High School diploma or Occupational Safety or related field equivalent. 2 - 3 years of experience in industrial Field.
Personal Attributes/Skills: High level of Communications (written & verbal) & Interpersonal Skills. Time Management Proven organizational skills. decision-making and problem solving skills Must be able to conduct trainings and orientations. English and Arabic skills.
DISPATCHER
Division / Sector: MDR Logistics Reports to: Terminal in Charge
Purpose of the Job (Overall accountability) Controls and manages the movement of the materials Pallets and containers in and out of the terminal or warehouse. Daily communication and interaction with drivers.
Principal responsibilities / accountabilities 1. Daily communication and interaction with drivers and monitors. 2. Organize and conduct activities to assure safe, cost-effective, on-time operating performance. 3. Tracks and reports sign-in/sign-out times, assures routes are timely, and communicates service issues to the Operations Supervisor or Terminal in Charge as appropriate. 4. Dispatch Shipping drivers for shipment and deliveries. 5. Review the loading orders and check availability of the containers. 6. Controls and issues in and out receipts. 7. Input the dispatched material or containers Data on the system. 8. Submit the required daily, weekly and yearly operational reports as per the company management requests. 9. Meet customer and company KPI’s and SLA’s on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis. 10. Participate in Spark Program and generate any ideas to enhance the operations. 11. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. 12. Demonstrates safety leadership by always performing work tasks as a role model for safe behavior and demonstrates practical knowledge of the Instructions procedures of operation.

Forklift Operator
Division / Sector: MDR Logistics Reports to: Loading Controller
Purpose of the Job (Overall accountability) Operating and driving a forklift to move product packed pallets, wooden Pallets, resin bag… etc throughout the Bagging area, warehouse or terminal, offloads incoming product from trucks and also loads trucks for delivery to customers.
Principal responsibilities / accountabilities 1. Conduct daily Pre-start operational and SSHEQ examine for the forklift before starting his work. 2. Retrieves materials by locating and verifying materials; secures pallet on truck; moves pallet to proper locations. 3. Rotate through various warehouse or terminal functions. 4. Meet customer and company KPI’s and SLA’s on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis. 5. Clears workplace by securing and moving finished pallets; moving empty pallets. 6. Documents actions by logging movement of materials. 7. Maintains safe work environment by watching out for foot traffic; following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations. 8. Maintain good housekeeping all the times for SSHEQ compliance 9. Keeps forklift operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs. 10. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. 11. Accomplishes warehousing and organization mission by completing related results as needed. 12. Handle multiple tasks. 13. Participate in Spark Program and generate any ideas to enhance the operations. 14. Record all activities on proper forms. 15. Demonstrates SSHEQ leadership by always performing work tasks as a role model for BBS and demonstrates practical knowledge of the Instructions procedures of Operation. 16. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating and maintenance instructions.

Experience/Qualifications Previous forklift experience required. Basic schooling.

Pre-Start Requirements Forklift driving certificate (with yearly renewal).
TUGMASTER OPERATOR
Division / Sector: MDR Logistics Reports to: Loading Controller
Purpose of the Job (Overall accountability) Safely operate and drive a tugmaster and its trolleys to move goods wherever they are required
Principal responsibilities / accountabilities 1. Conduct daily Pre-start up checks, and report any defects on the tugmaster to immediate supervisor. 2. Safely operate tugmaster as per instructions received from supervisor 3. Meet company and customer KPI’s and SLA’s. 4. Strictly adhere to all safety rules. 5. Maintain good housekeeping at all times for SSHEQ compliance 6. Record all activities on proper forms. 7. Read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating and maintenance instructions. Experience/Qualifications Be able to drive a car safely Basic schooling.
