Test Schedule
1. FIRE ENGINEER (6 Nos.) a. Graduate in Fire Engineering, Chemical, Mechanical or engineering degree. Master’s Degree is desired but not essential. b. Minimum 5 years experience in various aspect of Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Company during construction phase. c. Review fire protection system documents for Projects and other existing systems in compliance with the company standards and international standards (CO2 Extinguishing System, Sprinkler/Water Spray Deluge System, Breathing Air System, Fixed/Semi-Fixed Foam System, Fire and Gas Detection System.) d. Have long experience in NFPA and other related international standards related to the fire protection systems for oil and petrochemical farms. Design or recommends materials or equipments, such as structural components protection, fire detection equipments, alarm systems, fire extinguishing devices and systems, and advises on location, handling, installation, and maintenance. e. Audit/assessments on fire systems, new facilities and equipments. Storage tanks foam system calculations. Presentation for all fire fighting systems. Well versed in current international industrial fire rules and regulation such as NFPA, API, and Sabic Engineering Standard. f. Work experience in OIL, CHEMICAL OR PETROCHEMICAL COMPANIES. g. Good knowledge and experience in MS word, MS excel PowerPoint and Photoshop. Good oral and writing skills. h. Membership with Institute of Fire Engineers is desired.
2. CONDITION MONITORING ENGINNER (15 NOS) Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in same position in Petrochemical Plant, Responsible for condition monitoring, reliability and performance evaluation aspect of the rotating Machine Trains (Driver & driven) of assigned plants. Regular management and ensures availability of software alarms, machinery information, base lines data, start-up/shutdown data for critical machines and historical data in online and offline machinery management systems. 3. ROTATING EQUIPMENT ENGINEER (15 NOS) Minimum BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 5 to 7 years experience in Mechanical Engineering, including Rotating Equipment maintenance, condition monitoring in a Refinery, Power or Process Plants. Maintenance and corrective procedure of rotating and associated equipment specifically Centrifugal Compressors. 4. Safety Engineer (SHE Engineer) Chemical engineering background, long experience in safety departments in oil/chemical and petrochemical companies 10 years min experience in plant Process , Safety, Environment & Industrial Hygiene. Full experience with all international safety regulations like NFPA, API,…etc. Understand the Fire protection systems like deluge system and sprinkler system basis. Participated in HAZOPs . Understand safety main issues like Electrical Area Classifications, fire hazardous zones. SILs, Considerable training in the field of Safety & Environmental Management, procedures and practices, English Language training and familiarization with General/Specialize Management Techniques and Practices. Bilingual and acquainted with international safety / environment and standards. 5. CONDITION MONITORING TECHNICIAN (15 NOS) Minimum of 3 years in the field of Condition Monitoring in the Petrochemical, Refinery & Oil and Gas Plants. Carry out Condition Monitoring of the Plant Installed Rotating Equipments by Data Acquisition Techniques and Data Analysis. Carry out daily inspection, predictive maintenance and data collection on rotating machinery such as compressors, pumps, fans, blowers, gearboxes, motors, steam and gas turbines and turbo expanders. 6. ONLINE ANALYZER TECHNICIAN (10 NOS) Minimum 7 years of experience in Electronics or Instrumentation fault diagnosis, breakdown repair, preventive maintenance and overhaul work, including at least 5 years Analyzer experience in Petrochemical or Oil Industry. Monitors physical inspection of process analyzers in all plant units. Must have knowledge for the following online analyzers, Yokogawa, Siemens GC, Oxygen, Infrared, NOX, TOC, IR & UV, Specific Gravity, Silica, Chlorine, PH and Conductivity Analyzers. 7. Instrument Technician a. The candidate must have at least Associate in Engineering plus 2 years of formal full time Vocational training in the Instrumentation trade, or equivalent high school/Technical section followed by 2 years formal full time vocational Training in the instrumentation field. b. Minimum 5 years working experience is required, preferably in Petrochemical Plants. He must be familiar with the activities included calibration, repairs for the different types of transmitters, control valves, switches, local controllers, vibrations System. c. He should be able to do overhauling of control valves, replacing parts, troubleshooting, able to read the P&ID drawing and symbols, and able to work independently and attend emergencies. .The candidate must be familiar to control system (Yokogawa CS3000) Honey well TDC 3000 X. d. He must be familiar to work on PLC & ESD System .He should have good working experience of fire and Gas system. He must be familiar to HSE policies of petrochemical plant. Gulf experienced will be Preferred.
