61. FINISHING SENIOR TECHNICIAN
Department : Mechanical Maintenance and Workshop No. Of Vacancy : 4 Salary : US$ 3158 - 3355 / month
The desired candidate must have a minimum of 4 years experience in a related field, and must have knowledge of the following: a. Integrated Steel Plant Mechanical Maintenance (Major repairs and overhauling)b. Steel Plant Mechanical Maintenance as Senior Technician / Mechanicc. Steel Plant Mechanical Maintenance as Technician / Fitterd. Assembly and overhauling of heavy/light duty machinery including rotary equipments, Electric Motors, Hydraulic and Pneumatic equipmentse. leading a group of Technician / Fitter (instruction and guidance to Technician / Fitter)f. Knowledge of limits fits and tolerances, leveling and alignment, use of precession measuring tools and apparatus, understanding of mechanical drawings and ability make free hand sketches.g. Knowledge of Mechanical Tools and tackles and rigging of heavy equipment and torquing of fastenersh. Ability for decision making and resource requirements for undertaking any assembly or overhauling jobi. Proficiency in English Language
Also,
I.T.I. (NCTVT) certificate or equivalent with Technical Training
from reputed Institute/Industry is required.
62. FINISHING SUPERVISOR
Department : Mechanical Maintenance and Workshop No. Of Vacancy : 1 Salary : US$ 3570 - 4326 / month
The desired candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a related field, and must have knowledge of the following: a. Integrated Steel Plant Mechanical Maintenance (Major repairs and overhauling)b. Steel Plant Mechanical Maintenance in Supervisory or equivalent categoryc. Execution of overhauling and major repair activities during planned shutdown as well as breakdown of all related equipment and facilities in the Integrated steel plantd. Leading a Maintenance crew (allocation of job, instruction and guidance to technician / mechanic etc.)e. ordering and controlling of Mechanical Tools and Tackles, preparation of shift schedule and keeping overtime recordf. working in SAP (Material Management and Plant Maintenance Module)g. Knowledge of IT (MS - Office) and communication Skillh. Knowledge of repair inspection techniques, assembly limits-fits and tolerances, alignment limits for critical industrial equipment including all rotary and reciprocating machines, mechanical power transmission devices, hydraulic and pneumatic equipmenti. Proficiency in English Language
Also,
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from recognized university is
required.
63. FINISHING TECHNICIAN

The desired candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a related field, and must have knowledge of the following: a. Integrated Steel Plant Mechanical Maintenance (Major repairs and overhauling)b. Steel Plant Mechanical Maintenance as Technician / Fitterc. 64. GAS AND OXYGEN SPECIALIST
Department : Mechanical Maintenance and Workshop No. Of Vacancy : 2 Salary : US$ 4054 5539 / month
The desired candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a related field, and must have knowledge of the following: a. Experience in the Steel Melting Plantb. Takes overall responsibility of maintaining Oxygen Modules, Carbon & Lime Injectors , Nitrogen purge’s and Lancesc. Scheduling inspections, equipment condition assessments, corrective maintenance and fault identification and rectificationd. Recommends improvements, changes or new techniques or procedurese. Maintain inventory of Spares and consumablesf. Knowledge of MORE supplied Modules, Carbon Injectors, Oxygen Injectors, Lime Injectors, PALMUR Lance and Hand Lancing Torchesg. Computer literacy, knowledge in SAP System is an advantage
Also, a
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Trade is required.
65. HEAD OF SMP MAINTENANCE

The desired candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a related field, and must have knowledge of the following: a. Steel Melting Plant (EAF, LRF, CCM) Mechanical Maintenanceb. Planning and execution of scheduled preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and major repair activities as well as trouble shooting during breakdownd. Spares and Consumables management (Planning and Procurement)e. Working in SAP (Material Management and Plant Maintenance Module)f. Budget preparation, monitoring and controlling for Mechanical Department / Sectiong. Working ISO 9000 / 14000 and OHSAS 18000 standard certified planth. IT (MS - Office) and communication Skilli. Experience of CBM / RCM / TPM
Also, a
degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
