21. ENGINEER CONTROL AND AUTOMATION DRP
Department : Electrical and Automation Maintenance No. Of Vacancy : 1 Salary : US$ 4054 – 5539 / month
The desired candidate must have a minimum of 5 years working experience in a related field, and must have knowledge in the following: a. Preparation of automation and instrument drawings, datasheets, I/O wiring diagrams, P&IDs, specifications, calculations, chart and graphs b. Review daily automation and instrumentation Maintenance work orders and classify them into corrective or preventive maintenance categories c. Prepare daily management reports based upon analysis of previous day’s activities d. Spare parts management: Ensure proper spare parts management e. Fully conversant with preparation of instrument drawings, datasheets, I/O wiring diagrams, P&IDs, specifications, calculations, chart and graphs f. In-Depth knowledge of Siemens PCS7 system used as distributed control system for Direct Reduction Plant g. Fully conversant with HYL Direct Reduction process h. In-depth knowledge of control and automation systems (PLC, Process Instruments etc) related to DRP process i. Expertise and proficiency with basic office computer software
Also, Degree in Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering is a must.
22. ENGINEER ELECTRICAL CRANES
Department : Electrical and Automation Maintenance No. Of Vacancy : 5 Salary : US$ 4054 – 5539 / month
The desired candidate must have a minimum of 5 years working experience in a related field, and must have knowledge in the following: a. Review daily electrical maintenance work orders pertaining to cranes and classify them into corrective or preventive maintenance categories b. Study all electrical maintenance requests and prioritizes them in order of importance c. Supervise and execute the maintenance programs as per planning schedule for both preventive and corrective activities d. Personally provide technical input and hands-on skills to the resolution of major maintenance problems e. Prepare daily management reports based upon analysis of previous day’s activities f. Ensure proper spare parts management g. Fully conversant with operation and maintenance of cranes in steel plants h. Fair knowledge of Electrical systems related to cranes i. Experience with repairs and maintenance of crane equipment j. Expertise and proficiency with basic office computer software
Also, Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering is a must.
23. ENGINEER ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE SUBSTATION
Department : Electrical and Automation Maintenance No. Of Vacancy : 1 Salary : US$ 4054 – 5539 / month
The desired candidate must have a minimum of 5 years working experience in a related field, and must have knowledge in the following: a. Review and approve detail design of medium to extra high voltage utility substations b. Review daily electrical maintenance work orders and classify them into corrective or preventive maintenance categories c. Study all electrical maintenance requests and prioritizes them in order of importance d. Prepare daily management reports based upon analysis of previous day’s activities e. Ensure proper spare parts management f. In-depth knowledge of EHV, HV AND LV specifications and standards g. In-depth knowledge of design and maintenance of EHV, HV AND LV equipments h. In-depth knowledge of EHV, HV AND LV equipments and their protection settings pertaining to Steel plants i. Experience with design and maintenance of Electrical substation equipments j. Expertise and proficiency with basic office computer software
Also, Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering is a must.
24. ENGINEER LEVEL 2 AUTOMATION SMP

Department : Electrical and Automation Maintenance No. Of Vacancy : 1 Salary : US$ 5214 – 6571 / month
The desired candidate must have a minimum of 9 years working experience in a related field, and must have knowledge in the following: a. Review daily electrical maintenance work orders and classify them into corrective or preventive maintenance categories b. Study all electrical maintenance requests and prioritizes them in order of importance so as to prepare daily plans c. Prepare daily management reports based upon analysis of previous day’s activities d. Ensure proper spare parts management e. In-depth knowledge of Level 1 & 2 Automation systems related to DRP process f. In-depth knowledge of Medium Voltage Substations, Transformers, Switchgears, Drives and Motors g. In-depth knowledge of Instrumentation of DRP process h. Fully conversant with HYL Direct Reduction process i. Expertise and proficiency with basic office computer software j. Ability to work effectively with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), preferably SAP
