Department : Electrical and Automation Maintenance No. Of Vacancy : 1 The desired candidate must have a minimum of 3 years working experience in a related field, and must have knowledge in the following: a. Works to Safety Rules and regulations, electrical maintenance work inspection reports & work orders b. Analysis of previous day & shift activities with Supervisor c. Guide, monitor and assists train new team members d. Personally provide technical input to the resolution of major maintenance problems e. Assist Supervisor in ensuring proper spare parts management f. Fully conversant with Steel Melting and Billet casting process g. Experience with repairs, maintenance and calibration of processing equipment and instruments h. Fair knowledge of instrumentation systems related to Steel Melting and Billet casting process i. Familiar with basic office computer software Also, Diploma / Trade Certificate (ITI) in Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering is a must.
12. DAY SHIFT SR. ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN - WORKSHOP
Department : Electrical and Automation Maintenance No. Of Vacancy : 3 The desired candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the following: a. Workshop Activities: To effectively carryout the services of the Electrical workshop b. Work Planning: To identify obsolete equipment and develop repair strategies for corrective action c. Team supervision: Guide, monitor and assists train new team members d. Spare parts management: Assist Supervisor in ensuring proper spare parts management e. Diploma / Trade Certificate (ITI) in Electrical / Electronic Engineering f. Fully conversant with all tools and equipments related to repair jobs in an Electrical workshop g. Knowledge of Industrial installation fault finding and breakdown repair h. Fully conversant with repairs, rewinds and servicing of all AC/DC motors, drives, generators, and transformers i. Familiar with basic office computer software Also, Diploma / Trade Certificate (ITI) in Electrical / Electronic Engineering is a must.
13. DAY SHIFT SUPERVISOR DR PLANT (ELECTRICAL)
Department Electrical and Automation Maintenance No. Of Vacancy 6 The desired candidate must have a minimum of 4 years working experience in a related field, and must have knowledge in the following: a. Review daily electrical maintenance work orders and classify them into corrective or preventive maintenance categories b. Study all electrical maintenance requests and prioritizes them in order of importance c. Prepare daily management reports based upon analysis of previous day’s activities d. Assist Head of section in ensuring proper spare parts management e. Fully conversant with HYL Direct Reduction process f. In-depth knowledge of Level 1 Automation systems related to DRP process g. Experience on maintenance of processing equipment (Medium Voltage Substations, Transformers, Switchgears, PLCs, Drives, and Motors etc.) h. Expertise and proficiency with basic office computer software Also, Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering is a must.
