JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1. FIELD OPERATOR
No. Of Vacancy 29 Department DRP Salary US$ 2462 - 2900 / month
The desired candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience and knowledgeable in the following practices 1. Gas based DRI / Petrochemical / Fertilizer Plants 2. Field supervision of equipment, identification of equipment, piping, safe handling over of equipment for maintenance 3. Operating large pumps, compressors, steam turbines 4. P & ID, PFD knowledge 5. Field Data logging and identify abnormalities
6.
Total Industrial experience
Also, Graduate in Science or Engineering degree is a must.

2. HEAD OF DRP
No. Of Vacancy 1 Department DRP
The desired candidate must have a minimum of 12 years experience in the industry.
Also, the candidate must have experienced the following: 1. DRI Plant (HYL/Midrex)Operational experience 2. Worked as operations in charge of DRI Plant 3. Experience in review of P & ID, PFD , control logic, safety matrix review 4. DRI Plant trouble shooting, achieve production targets 5. Plant Safety Implementation
Degree in Chemical Engineering / Diploma in Engineering is a must. Scheduled Deployment Date: April 2010
3. MATERIAL HANDLING SUPERVISOR
Department DRP No. Of Vacancy 1
The desired candidate must have a minimum of 10 years experience in the industry. Also, the candidate must have worked in the following areas: 1. Operational Experience in Material Handling systems of DRI / Petrochemical / Fertilizer Plants /cement /steel plants 2. Field supervision of equipment, identification of equipment, piping, safe handling over of equipment for maintenance 3. Worked as supervisor 4. Industrial safety implementation
Graduate in Science or Diploma in Engineering is a must.

4. PANEL OPERATOR
No. Of Vacancy 4 Department DRP
The desired candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience and knowledgeable in the following practices: 1. DRI Plant (HYL/Midrex) / Ammonia / Petrochemical Plant Panel Operational experience 2. Knowledge on start ups and shutdowns and emergency handling. 3. Experience in Siemens / Honeywell / yokogawa control system operations 4. P & ID, PFD knowledge Control of process parameters within the set limits, awareness of interlocks and safety matrix, logic diagrams 5. Total Industrial experience
Also,
Graduate in Science or Engineering degree is a must. Scheduled Deployment Date: April 2010
5. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
No. Of Vacancy 4 Department DRP
The desired candidate must have a minimum of 10 years experience and knowledgeable in the following practices: 1. DRI Plant (HYL/Midrex) Operational experience 2. Worked as shift in charge of DRI Plant
Also, Graduate/Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Science is a must.

6. SENIOR FIELD OPERATOR
No. Of Vacancy 4 Department DRP
The desired candidate must have a minimum of 10 years experience and knowledgeable in the following practices: 1. Operational Experience in gas based DRI / Petrochemical / Fertilizer Plants 2. Field supervision of equipment, identification of equipment, piping, safe handling over of equipment for maintenance 3. Foreman or Senior Operator equivalent to Field in Charge 4. Safety implementation 5. Total Industrial experience
Also,
Graduate in Science or Engineering degree is a must. Scheduled Deployment Date: April 2010
7. SENIOR PANEL OPERATOR
No. Of Vacancy 4 Department DRP
The desired candidate must have a minimum of 8 years experience and knowledgeable in the following practices: 1. DRI Plant (HYL/Midrex) / Ammonia total Plant Panel Operational experience and knowledge on start ups and shutdowns and emergency handling of plant operations 2. Experience in Siemens / Honeywell / Yokogawa control system operations 3. Worked as Control Panel Foreman / Engineer or in Charge 4. Also, Graduate in Science or Engineering degree is a must.

8. CRANE ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN
Department: Electrical and Automation Maintenance Job Title: Crane Electrical Technician No. Of Vacancy 2
The desired candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the following: a. Work Planning: Works to Safety Rules and regulations, electrical maintenance work inspection reports & work orders b. Analysis and Reporting: Analysis of previous day & shift activities with Supervisor c. Team supervision: Guide, monitor and assists train new team members d. Spare parts management: Assist Supervisor in ensuring proper spare parts management e. Problem Solving: Personally provide technical input to the resolution of major maintenance problems f. Diploma / Trade Certificate (ITI) in Electrical / Electronic Engineering g. Conversant with operation and maintenance of cranes in steel plants h. Knowledge of Electrical systems related to cranes (Typically: Drives, Motors, magnets, Battery chargers, relay controls etc) i. Experience with repairs and maintenance of crane equipment j. Familiar with basic office computer software
Also, Diploma / Trade Certificate (ITI) in Electrical / Electronic Engineering is a must. Scheduled Deployment Date: June-July 2010
9. CRANE SR. ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN

Works to Safety Rules and regulations, electrical maintenance work inspection reports & work orders b. Analysis of previous day & shift activities with Supervisor c. Guide, monitor and assists train new team members d. Personally provide technical input to the resolution of major maintenance problems e. Assist Supervisor in ensuring proper spare parts management f. Fair knowledge of maintenance of EHV, HV and LV equipments g. Experience with repairs and maintenance of substation equipments h. Familiar with basic office computer software, e.g., word processing, email etc.
Also, Diploma / Trade Certificate (ITI) in Electrical Engineering is a must.
